What should you expect when
booking with Musicians Inc?
You will be advised from world
class musicians, experienced in booking and organising events on a
daily basis. Musicians Inc. will advise you on the best solutions
for you at competitive price.
When you have chosen your entertainment Musicians Inc. will send you
a contract in order to confirm your booking.
Things to take into account when booking a
live band and or entertainers:
- Parking must be provided for all
performers.
- Performers and technical staff must be able to unload within 5 meters
of the room in which they will be performing.
- If you are booking a harpist and you
require them to perform upstairs there must be access to a lift.
If there is no lift then there must be at least two strong men on
hand to help lift the harp upstairs.
- In regards to events where
performers are required to be at your venue for more than three hours food must
be provided. Whether this is a hot meal or sandwiches will be
stated.
- You will need to pay a deposit of 50%
of the fee agreed to reserve your chosen entertainment.
- If you are booking a band with a PA system
they will need an hour and half to set up before they are due to
start. If you require the band to set up earlier than this there will be an
additional charge.
- The performance and set times will be
discussed in negotiation with Musicians Inc. , the musicians and
you, the client. Once these times have been agreed the musicians
will not be able to deviate from this.
