Look at Me
Polly is an extremely versatile young singer, having attended
numerous jazz workshops and the Dordogne summer school, Polly was
introduced to Ian Shaw, singer and BBC radio presenter. On hearing
Polly’s voice, Ian was keen to develop her singing in the studio and
has since produced her debut album, with the James Pearson Trio.
From this Polly has put together a six track introductory CD.
Since completing her album early 2002, Polly has performed at
prestigious jazz venues throughout England, of which include the 606
Club, Vortex, Pizza on the Park, Dover Street Wine Bar, Shinos,
Boxford Fleece, Spice of Life and Greenbelt Arts Festival.
Polly has recently recorded music for the ITV drama series
Footballers Wives, Blue Dragon, a new cartoon with Jane Horrocks and
Andrew Sachs, and Fear no Evil, a track on Vinyl Dialect’s Album,
which is to be released later this year.
Polly will be releasing a new album co-written with British Soul
vocalist Ola Onabule in 2005.
