Concert Dates are confirmed for 2006 as:

29th September, 7.30pm, London, Christ Church, Manchester Road (corner with Glenaffric Ave), Isle of Dogs. Nearest public transport Island Gardens on the DLR. Entry free, retiring collection. Interval drinks.

October 8th , 3pm Windsor, St Michaels Church, Bray, Berkshire, Music at Bray Series. Saxophone and piano playing a delight of popular music across the board.

October 15th  6pm, St Pauls Cathedral, London, performing with Opera Singer Margaret Cooper, a short recital about wind!  

October 20th , Jacqueline Du Pre Music Building,  Oxford 7.30pm. A musical extravaganza, starring alongside Helen Chadwick and ensemble Kite. They will perform Anis by Sally Davies, written for choir, three saxophones and percussion. Plus a world premier written especially for this concert by Helen Chadwick for three voices and saxophone. A rare musical treat with 20 piece choir, three saxophones, drum kit and piano, they music inspired from latin america through to Eastern Europe and England this concert will not disappoint anyone! A great night out for all the family. London date TBC

Sarah completed her degree at Guildhall School of Music and Drama in 2003, studying with Simon Haram, Christian Forshaw and Rob Buckland.

Sarah is a truly inspirational musician, interested in all styles of music from Medieval and folk music to Jazz and Pop. She has had numerous experiences playing with Guildhall Contemporary Big Band and Repertoire Big Band, having jazz lessons with Martin Hathaway and Malcom Miles. Sarah works regularly and runs several chamber groups including: Sax4all and Vision.

The basis of Sarah’s training was classical. However she has always been interested in jazz and improvisation. Influenced by the ECM label, Sarah has combined the tone

Previous Engagements include:

·  UK tour with Vision, Yamaha and Classic FM, Oct 2003.

·  Hackney Empire, audience with Prince Charles, Vision, Nov 2003

·  NEC, Birmingham, Vision, Nov 2003

·  City of London festival, performed collaborative works in concert with Brian ENO July 2002.

·  Aberdeen festival, Sax4all, Aug 2003.

·  Bath festival, annually since summer 2002

·  Spoleto festival, with the International New Music ensemble, performing L'Arte e la Fuga, May 2001, working with Berio

·  St. Martins on the field, lunchtime concert, Guildhall Saxophone ensemble

·  Royal Albert Hall, The Proms, July 2000, Guildhall chorus singing Berlioz Requiem, alongside Philharmonic chorus, conducted by Sir Colin Davis.
